How much does the delivery cost?
It is free for orders over 40 euros; for smaller orders the shipping costs are 7.00 euros.
Can I change my shipping address?
It is possible to change the delivery address by writing an email to info@nika.it and indicating the order number and the address to which the shipment will be sent.
Are the shipments insured?
The Shipments aren’t insured, the signature requested by the courier constitutes proof of delivery.
How can I do a return request?
It is possible to initiate a return request by writing an email to info@nika.it, indicating the order number and the reason for the return. The request must be made within 14 days of delivery of the order.
What are the refund times in case of returns?
The refund will be made after the verification of the returned goods and within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouses; the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
